How portfolio onboarding works
Create your manager organisation
Provide the business website and primary contact, then complete business verification.
Upload and map your CSV
Match your headings—such as Property Title, Town and Sleeps—to the listing fields.
Review the preview
Correct or exclude invalid rows and decide how possible matches should be handled.
Create drafts and claims safely
New properties become private drafts. Existing inventory enters the secure claim workflow.
Verify and publish property by property
Each eligible listing activates its own Founding Host year on its verified publication date.
Choose what happens after 12 months
There is no automatic paid renewal; any future renewal requires your explicit agreement.
CSV fields and quality
Start with a property name, canonical New Zealand region and place. You can also supply an external ID, official and booking URLs, address, coordinates, descriptions, type, capacity, amenities, contact details and authorised image URLs.
Only provide descriptions and images your business owns or is authorised to publish. Do not submit third-party marketplace content without permission.
One manager, controlled access
Primary administrators can invite appropriate team members. Organisation membership never grants access to properties outside that organisation, and team roles do not allow self-verification or administrative approval.

Property manager questions
Is the whole portfolio free for 12 months?
Each eligible verified and published property receives 12 months free. Drafts, incomplete uploads and abandoned rows do not consume a programme place.
Does account creation start the free year?
No. Each listing starts independently on the date it becomes both verified and publicly published.
Do you take booking commission?
FindHolidayHomes charges no booking commission during the Founding Host period.
Do we need a credit card?
No credit card is required for the Founding Host period and there is no automatic paid renewal.
Can our CSV have different headings?
Yes. Review and map your headings to FindHolidayHomes fields before the rows are validated.
Can we claim several existing listings?
Yes. Matching import rows can enter the existing claim system together, while each property keeps its own evidence and audit history.
Will an upload publish immediately?
No. Imports create drafts or claim candidates only. Verification and publication are separate controlled steps.
