Owner and Founding Host terms

Last updated: 13 September 2026. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service for owners and authorised managers who submit, claim or manage a property.

Founding Host introductory period

Eligible properties receive a 12-month free listing period beginning when the property is both verified and publicly published. The programme is subject to its configured availability and qualifying-property cap. There is no listing fee or booking commission charged by FindHolidayHomes during that period.

No automatic paid renewal

No credit card is required for the introductory period. A listing will not silently become chargeable or enter an automatic paid renewal. Any future paid renewal requires the owner or manager to make an explicit choice.

Your authority

You must be the owner or have authority to manage the property, listing content and enquiry route. Claims may be manually reviewed, rejected or disputed. You must not attempt to claim another person's property.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you own and grant FindHolidayHomes permission to display it for the listing and related destination discovery. You confirm that you have the rights needed for every supplied image and description.

Accuracy and availability

You are responsible for keeping the listing and booking route accurate. FindHolidayHomes may pause or remove misleading, unsafe, unlawful, duplicate or materially outdated listings.

Direct enquiries

FindHolidayHomes may provide direct links or enquiry routes, but is not a party to the accommodation agreement between traveller and provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ending participation

You may request that a listing be paused or removed, subject to reasonable identity checks and record-retention requirements. Contact listings@findholidayhomes.co.nz.
